Before submitting your manuscript for review by our Management Staff, please refer to these guidelines to ensure uniformity, academic honesty, and cohesiveness in your manuscript.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you wish to submit a short article instead of a full-length manuscript, note that there are no formatting requirements! You also need not cite your references, but we will run your article through plagiarism checkers. If the limit of 3% is exceeded, your article will be discarded without warning, so ensure prior to submission that all content is phrased and compiled originally.

Submit your article/full-length manuscript on the Pascal's Prism homepage by clicking the button, "Submit Work". After being directed to the Submission Portal, upload your publication, along with corresponding academic credentials. Ensure that your document is in a .docx, .pdf, or LaTex file format, and name it using the following convention:

TopicName_AuthorFirstName_AuthorLastName_ResearchPaper, Review or Article

Any articles that have been written by more than one author must have all author names written in the beginning of the article's content. However, for naming your document, you are only required to write the full name of one such author. The same instruction applies to full-length research papers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The formatting and citation requirements for full-length manuscripts are much stricter in comparison to those for articles. To view these requirements, please find below, the section "Instructions to Authors For Full-Length Research/Review Paper Submission".

Instructions to Authors for Full-Length Research/Review Paper Submission

FORMATTING

Title Page

The title page should include:

  • The name(s) of the author(s)

  • A concise title stating your research topic

    - Write any acronyms in their full form.

    - As we accept manuscripts from around the globe, indicate anywhere on your title page, the location of your team/research

  • The email addresses of the author(s)

Abstract

Please provide an abstract that is no longer than 1 page, which includes a general overview about the purpose and background of your research or review.

Keywords

Include between 5 and 10 keywords in your paper, for the sake of indexation.

The bulk of your manuscript can be presented with any headings as seen fit by the author(s). You are free to use as many heading levels as you like, but please ensure that each level is distinct from one another in font size. You need not include a table of contents.

We do suggest that a standard format of

Introduction, Methodologies (all content and subheadings are contingent on the preferences of the author(s)), Supplementary Information, Analysis of Results, and a relatively detailed conclusion, (or any supporting sections, primarily such as a literature review)

is followed. However, this is not mandatory.

Declarations

Any acknowledgements, descriptions of author contributions, or grants, must be displayed on a separate page directly following the Title page.

Graphs, Tables, and Artwork

Ensure that all graphical material is pasted as desired IN the research paper itself. Do not submit them separately, as we will make sure that each graphic has a satisfactory resolution/quality.

Please submit your research paper as a .docx, .pdf, or LaTex file format.

REFERENCES/CITATIONS

Please ensure that all references used in your research paper are cited in MLA 8/9 format, either in footnotes, or at the end of your paper under a section titled, "References" or "Bibliography".

Simultaneously ensure that any and all graphical materials, including images or graphs, that are not collations of original data, and/or have been copied from an existing website, are cited after the "References" section, under "Appendix A1".

Each graphic must also have a caption underneath it, stating the numerical location of the material in the "Appendix A1 Section" for traceability.
The following instructions MUST be followed for any mathematical formulas/equations that are not authentic or originally derived.

All research papers must be submitted in ENGLISH ONLY.

Please refer to the format below for citing URLs in MLA 8/9:

Author Last Name, First Name. "Title of Page or Article." Title of Site, Sponsor or Publisher [include only if different from website title or author], Date of Publication or Update Date, URL (hyperlink)

IF ANY MINUTE FORMATTING ERRORS ARE OBSERVED IN YOUR SUBMISSIONS, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL FROM THE MANAGEMENT TEAM, EITHER ACKNOWLEDGING THE ERROR, OR REQUESTING YOU TO RECTIFY IT, DEPENDING ON THE SEVERITY OF THE ERROR.

ANY INSTANCES OF ACADEMIC DISHONESTY, NAMELY PLAGIARISM, WILL RESULT IN YOUR SUBMISSION BEING ENTIRELY DISQUALIFIED WITH NO RESUBMISSION COMPENSATION. DEPENDING ON THE NATURE OF THE VIOLATION, YOU MAY ALSO BE PERMANENTLY BARRED FROM SUBMISSIONS THEREAFTER.
